ADU Inn Adaptation
Addon Product Only
Our ADU Inn product is currently only available to customers on our Lease-to-Manage program.
We will offer our ADU Inn as an add-on during the initial partnership conversation. If you express interest in adapting our product, our on-site inspection team would perform a complimentary inspection on your property to determine your property's qualification for an ADU expansion.
Intent to Proceed
Once our inspection team confirms your property's eligibility for ADU Inn adaptation, we will prepare an expansion agreement on top of your rental management/co-host agreement for you to sign.
ADU Installation
Upon verification of home ownership and your intent to continue in the process, our customer services team will reach out to you to make an appointment for an on-site inspection.
During the inspection, our team will diligently inspect the property to assess the interior and exterior conditions. We will also communicate with you to learn your requirements and then communicate the possibility and plan for house upgrades.
Market Launch
Upon completion of all necessary upgrades, we will begin operating the property.
We will provide you with a login to our property management portal so that you can view the monthly income and the status of your listing.
