Why do Sulifeinn pay upfront?
Our financial model allows us to pay upfront as a way to establish our long-term partnership with you. We're also confident that we can easily make our investment back due to our extensive rental market experience.
Who is financially backing the company?
We are sustained by our rental market incomes of the properties that we manage, along with venture capital backing of numerous organizations and individual investors.
Is this program available everywhere?
No, we are currently licensed to operate in California only, and we are testing the new model out specifically within Southern California. We do expect to expand soon, though.
Do I have to opt-in to get an advisor?
It is not required for you to work with our advisors. However, we offer it as a service, free of charge, to those who qualify under our program.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Depending on the value of your property and the lump sum amount, you can expect a contract anywhere between 2 to 3 years. We will be managing your property throughout the contract period.
What does partnership looks like once the contract expires?
If you love working with us and wanted to stay, just reach out to you Sulife Inn Success Manager to discuss post-contract partnerships so that we can continue to manage the property for you.
Is there a maximum property allowed under the program?
We worked with both individual investors and investment groups, so the short answer is, no. Regardless of the amount of properties you have in mind, we can scale up our services and adapt to your needs.
How do I know that I got a fair trade rate?
We provide no-commitment, complimentary consultations upfront to present you with our offers. We gather data from over a dozen of industry databases to provide you with the utmost competitive rate and offer.

Am I still responsible for taking care of the property?
No. Our professional management team will step in to take care of all aspects of the property, including marketing, listing, maintaining and managing the occupants.
What booking sites do Sulifeinn partner with?
We partner with all major booking platforms to ensure maximum exposure of our rental listings. We also market our listings through our exclusive agent network for additional local exposure.
How high is the occupancy rate of your properties?
Our occupancy rate various depending on the locality of the property, the season and numerous other reasons. We will provide you with an estimate of your property's occupancy rate during consultation.
Is the professional maintenance service free?
Yes, the essential maintenance of your property is free while you're in contract with us. We will manage clean-ups, gardening and other essential tasks around and in the property.

Is it safe to convert garages into living spaces?
Whether or not it is safe to convert a garage into a living space depends on a variety of factors, such as the condition of the garage and the intended use of the space. In general, however, converting a garage into living space can be safe if certain precautions are taken.
Is it legal to convert garages into livable spaces?
Whether or not it is legal to convert a garage into a livable space can vary depending on where you live and the local zoning laws. In some cases, converting a garage into living space may be allowed, provided that certain requirements are met.
Do you work with clients to get permits?
Yes! If you acquire ADU Inn through us and partner with us, our legal team will be responsible for reviewing local laws, and obtain neccesary permits prior to expanding your garage. The fee is included in the initial onboarding.
What kind of permit do I need?
The type of permit you may need in order to convert your garage depends on where you live and the local zoning laws. We will evualuate your area prior to adaptation to ensure that it is legal to convert your garage prior to your purchase.
How do I know is this is right for me?
We will evaluate your property for the feasibility of adapting our ADU Inn. If you are deemed as eligible, we will discuss what the integration process looks like. You are not required to adapt our ADU Inn.
Can I order multiple ADU Inns at once?
At this stage, we are not selling our ADU Inn as a standalone product. We will only install our ADU Inn on the properties that you have under contract with us.
Is ADU Inn sustainable and durable?
Yes! Our ADU Inn is built with aluminum alloy, which is known as a highly-sustainable material as it is also recyclable. It is also a durable material that is used often in modern green buildings.
Is furniture included in the ADU Inn?
Yes! Our ADU Inns are designed by our award-winning team and is fully furnished. We provide all of the necessary furniture, along with wall decorations and more.
